Sony did not put that on the CD they shipped with the TJ37. What you need to do is to register your Clie. They will give you a free copy of Docs To Go to download after you register.

When you install the Sony Clie Palm Desktop software, it should ask you to register. Alternatively, you should be able to go to www.sony.com/clie to register.
