I guess there are no moving parts. However, I am an XC runner and I would like to take my PDA running with me because I do not have an MP3 player. Can it stand up? (Tungsten T3) Also, what products would allow me to receive FM stereo on a PDA? What are they correctly called? I would like to know so I can do some research on them.

Yes, they're as durable as Walkmen, since there are no moving parts. Of course the touch screen is delicate, but movement won't hurt it, just sitting on it and etc
