It might not be very easy to figure out which one is better without any specific requirements you have for the PDA, since both devices cover the PIM very well (Contacts, Calendar, To-Do list and Memo). The Zire 72 does have a faster processor, as well as built-in Bluetooth (if you have a Bluetooth enabled phone, you can use it as a modem for the Zire 72 to surf the web or check email) in additional to the camera. Don't know if you have read our in-depth reviews of these device, maybe they can help provide some info and make decision?

Hi Kathy!!!!....

Well i have just gone through your query but really, I wouldn't want to compare the tungsten E with the latest Zire 72 as the Zire 72 comes with a new 312 MHz Intel? PXA270 processor
and actually it will depend on what you want for ur PDA. The zire 72 has everything you will want for this new era so if the price does not matter to you and you are technologically updated, dt think twice, go for the Zire 72 (The blue palm)

Enjoy!!!!

If your going to use your PDA for work, I would recommend the Tungsten E. The Zire 72 is not really designed for business, and the rubberized blue stuff peels off pretty easily and is embarrasing to show to co-workers. The camera isn't really that great and the video is pretty choppy. And you can always just upgrade your Tungsten E with bluetooth.

hi,

the tungsten e has some major manufacturing defects, so go for the zire 72 (but you'll have to live with the paint peeling off)

walnut
