You will need to use your computer (desktop or laptop) for the file transfer. You can get a card reader, which will connect to your computer via USB, and you can copy the files from the CF to the SD card.
Alternatively you can get the iPAQ H2215 which has a CF slot and you can use a WiFi card for the connectivity.
