ok this will be my third pda (i've had a Palm M125 which i hated, currently w/ a Toshiba E355 which i like but doesn't have everything i want).
Here is what i would like:
small compact design
WiFi
BT (i use both)
SDIO and CF slots
PPC 2003 (SE)
has an optional pocket keyboad (like the small one HP makes for the 2215/4155)
has ability to function as a GPS unit
VGA Screen
400+ mhz processor
if you can think of anything that is atleast somewhat close to this please let me know, currently i've been looking at an h2215 w/ SD WiFi card or maybe even going for the 4155.
any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

There are not a lot of Pocket PCs that have WM2003 SE yet. You can look at the Dell Axim X30 (the high end one runs at 624MHz). The only thing missing is the VGA screen. You can do a search and see if there is a thumb keyboard for it. You can find full QWERTY keyboard for it however.
