Another Fatal Error

I've got a Palm Tungsten W that upon compeletion of a hotsync displays a Fatal Alert MemoryMgr.c Line 4384 Free Handle. The only way to get past it is to do a soft reset. This message appears after the Palm beeps indicating the sync is done. The sync does infact work fine it's just this message is kind of a pain.

Any help would be appreciated.
