I am assisting a pair of young users to install their new palm software on an XP machine...the Tungsten E is following very unsuccessful TJ27 installation attempts and KB100 difficulties...now the new keyboards and new Palm software does not seem to want to install...Is there a known difficulty and a method for uninstalling and reinstalling that can get these new Palm's up and running??? Thanks!

First, I'd uninstall everything and start from scratch. Next, install the oldest model desktop first, then the newer one. I've installed newer Sony over Palm and newer Palm over Sony, both with no problems. Install the keyboard stuff after you can sync both PDAs successfully.
