I really want to get one of these Sandisk 1 GB SD Cards BUT I don't want to splash out only to find its not compatible with my device. My particular device is a Palm Zire 72. I've checked the compatibility list on Sandisk's site but its very vague. Has anyone tested this particular duo?
Also I've heard of some high density SD cards failing to format when they near full capacity. Is this an issue with these 1 GB cards also?
i've recently upgraded my sd memory from 128mb to 1gb.
it works flawlessly! out of the box i placed the memory into the zire72 without a problem.
i can't say much about formatting the card in my zire72. i've got a usb card reader and also an sd slot in my laptop - i use either one of those to format & transfer to the sd memory (much faster).
