WMA Files

I copied a downloaded (paid for it) wma file from my laptop to my PDA. I have Windows Media Player 10 on my Dell Axim. When I tried to play the file it said that it was copy protected and that it would not play unless I downloaded a license from the internet. I have never had this problem before when moving these files between my laptop and desktop. Any ideas??
