I just purchased a used Tungsten T which I like very much. I do however have one problem that I hope someone out there has seen.
I have a Targus PDA case which is generic for PDA's not just the "T". I have noticed several times that when I take the unit out, it is already turned on. It seems that when you press any of the 4 buttons on the front it turns itself on, and drains the battery at the same time.
So the question I have is there any software available to disable those keys from powering up that unit.
Any help would be appreciated,

I know that the T3 has button lock under Prefs, but I don't recall if the T does. So check to see if it's listed under Prefs as "Keylock". If not, then you can download 3rd party keylocker apps at www.handango.com and www.palmgear.com .
