ipaq 4700 Pocket outlook can't attach file

I try to add attatchment, it always promt "cna't attatch file, make sure the memory card is ready,.....", translate from chinese, not exactly the message.
I try configure save attachment to main mamory and memory card, none of it success.
Should any suggesstion?

Have you tried soft reseting to reboot the PDA?

I had hard reset and soft reset. None of them success.
