Sure, if you are starting an "antique PDA museum."
Modern PDAs start at $100 ($150 for color) - I don't know why you would want a pre-OS 5 device. OS 5 lets you run the latest software and do everything a lot faster.
What price have you found for the m130? It's hard to say if it's worth it without knowing what "it" is, but personally I would go for a more current model.
