My ppc runs Windows Mobile 2003 SE. Using File Explorer long files are truncated but there is room to expand. How can I expand the area that shows the file names?

There isn't a way unfortunately. I'd suggest downloaded the free file manager Total Commander for PPC. Or check out Resco Explorer 2005 (not free). Both are much more useful than the included explorer.
