I recently purchased an ipaq 5450. I would like to have internet access everywhere I go with it. Is that possible? I called Verizon and they have wireless access at certain locations called Hot Spots. I want more than that. Please help.

The only way to get this would be to buy a Bluetooth-capable cell phone and get a data plan from your cellular carrier. Verizon seems to have the most limited options in terms of sharing cellular Internet with other devices, although I'm unclear if you already have Verizon (especially since the HotSpot brand name is most closely associated with T-Mobile, although hotspot is also a generic term).
You could also get an infrared cell phone, but this would be much harder to find and would produce much worse results. I don't think it is worth considering.
