Language change for iPAQ 6365 (Chinese to English)

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to change the language on iPAQ 6365 from Chinese to English? I tried the old method to change the language on the 5000 series but it didn't work. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You'd need to get an English ROM image to flash the device. Unfortunately, I don't know where you might get one outside of HP's walls.
