Quick Source has published a handy 6 page guide for the Treo 700 that covers a lot of important stuff and sells for $4.95.
It includes info on WiFi, BlueTooth, Hardware Keys, Resetting, ActiveSync and a whole lot more about operating the Treo 700.
A quick read, it could save a lot of time, confusion and hassle.
