I've read where a bluetooth connected keyboard will be coming out pretty quickly.
Might come in handy if you are already using it.

The PocketTop IR keyboard now supports the Dell: http://www.pdabuyersguide.com/tips/pocketop.htm. However it's not cheaper than the Dell brand. It's really hard to find a non-thumb keyboard for much less than $99.

We've also received press release from Belkin saying they will have a wireless keyboard for Dell Axim available on April 20th in the US.
Have not seen a thumb keyboard yet for the Axim.
