PPC-6700 - Will this phone work on T-Mobile network?

No it will not. It uses a different kind of phone radio (CDMA) rather than the GSM used by T-Mobile. Consider the T-Mobile MDA as a similar model, or one of the unlocked GSM versions which are similar (though having a slower processor than the PPC-6700).
