I used to be a happy Palm Zire 72 user until the battery blew. Now I am bamboozled by the complexity of my choice. Please help!
My priorities: 1) phone - Cingular 2) PDA functions (contacts, schedule) - will sync with our Lotus Notes at work. 3) email - but I DON'T need or want instant email. Will just sync with work email server or POP from net. 3) wireless internet capability so I can occasionally netsurf in a cafe. Sounds cheaper than data charges for using a Treo on the internet.
I don't need a camera, games, or superfast phone internet connection. I kinda like Palm but we're not committed!
Suggestions?
Many thanks!

Even if you're not commited , the Treo 680 is a good, reasonably priced devicen that will work in a familiar way. But it doesn't have WiFi. The only Cingular PDA phone with WiFi is the Cingular 8525, reviewed on this site. It's a Windows Mobile Pocket PC phone with a slide out keyboard and just about every feature you could want in a PDA phone.
