Need advice for PDA phone!!

hi!

I'm planning to buy PDA phone which support MEPG4 to play video,integrated WiFi to go on internet at hot spots with MS slot.

Can you suggest any good phone?

There are quite a few. It would help if you tell us which carrier you use and if you have a budget. Also do you have a preference for a particular platform such as Windows Mobile or Nokia S60?
