I don't know of any fax solutions for the T-Mobile at this time. If somebody else does, please tell us!
It's really hard to say if the databases you're interested in accessing require IE 4 for encryption reasons (you can of course download 128 bit encryption for the Pocket PC from pocketpc.com) or for other reasons such as they need javascript, a higher version of vbscript and etc.. There's a utility that fools sites into thinking that Pocket IE is IE v4 rather than v3, but if the site does require javascript and etc, you may still have trouble using the site. A better bet is to try Thunderhawk 1.04 when it comes out (shouldn't be too much longer). That version will support the T-Mobile and can handle most everything desktop IE 5 can.
