I have tried for two years to set my phone to alert me of an incoming NEW email, not all unread emails, without success. No one at my local Verizon store is able to help. One Verizon employee has a Treo Centro that does just what I want as does my wife's Blackberry. If I set the phone to alert me to a new email then it also alerts me to all UNREAD emails every 15 minutes. If I turn this off then I can not use the alarm clock. Any suggestions?
