Hello everyone,
Yesterday, March 26, at 6:00 a.m. I logged onto AT&T's website to check on mobile phones and they had an offer for a Blackberry Bold Refurbished phone for Free - special limitations being you had to be a new customer. I didn't see the special limitation until beginning the ordering and had to backout because I was a current customer. I'm upset that AT&T didn't even offer their old and faithful customers this offer. Later that evening, I went back to the AT&T website and the ad was gone. What gives? Does this mean they may be lowering the price of the Bold's to compete with the STorms?
Thank you in advance.

It seems like carriers always offer the best deals to new customers, rather than focusing on customer retention. No idea what was up with that absolutely incredible refurbished BlackBerry Bold deal or why the new (not refurbished Bold) wasn't discounted as well.

Thank you for your prompt response. It was a fabulous offer and it really was online. I even called my sister in law and left at message at 6:00 a.m. because she is also interested in a Blackberry. I think they made a mistake.

I know, I saw it too and it lasted several hours. No idea if it was a mistake or not... certainly seemed too good to be true. Now I see it for $199 after rebates with a new 2 year contract.
