Mini-notebook review: Fujitsu LifeBook U820 with 5.6" display and touch screen
      #33032 - 04/02/09 07:31 PM

A year and a half ago, the Fujitsu U810 hit the market and we really dug its incredibly small size and "honey, who shrank the notebook" design. A lot has changed in that time, and we now have a bevy of low cost netbooks, lower-priced OQO handheld PCs and the Sony Vaio P with its roomy keyboard. Fujitsu's answer is the LifeBook U820 with double the U810's CPU speed, an even higher resolution 5.6" touch screen, GPS, WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth and options for AT&T 3G and an SSD drive. The U820 is a tiny convertible tablet PC with a miniaturized notebook style keyboard. It's small enough to fit in the palm of a hand, yet powerful enough to run Vista, albeit not at lightening speed.
