A Korean telecom pub Telecoms Korea has done a tally on the number of the LG Arena phones sold in Korea and the number is surprisingly low. LG has sold approximately 12,000 LG Arena units, LG flagship phone, since its debut on June 11 for all of the three major mobile operators such as SK Telecom, KT and LG Telecom.
"According to mobile operators, Arena sold 6,000 units for SK Telecom customers followed by KT (3,000) and LG Telecom (3,000)." reports Telecoms Korea.
After first unveiling Arena at the Mobile World Congress in February, LG said it had achieved one million unit pre-orders from various carriers around the globe. It wasn't clear how many LG Arean phones sold worldwide.
