Second time this has happened, I've had it for a couple weeks now.
It shows a text message in my inbox as unread. But, there are no messages in it, in the outbox, sent items, deleted items etc...
I've tried resetting it, "clear SMS" and the only thing that worked was a hard reset, which I'd like to avoid again.
Any ideas how to clear it?

Hello,
Have you tried sending yourself an SMS, and then deleting it, to try to force the numbers to update? I can't guarantee that would work but it's worth a try.

This has happened again, a 3rd time now in only having the phone 3 weeks. I had to hard reset it the first two times but not this time. Someone has to have a fix for this?

Well, Verizon couldn't help (no surprise there) so I had to hard reset it again.
Just happened again today.
Anyone know hw to fix this recurring issue? Lisa? Jacob? Oh old cell phone wise one? anyone?

After speaking at length with Verizon, who ended up transferring me to an HTC support guy, I had to hard reset it. Appears this is a common problem for other Imagio users. I did find some sites that offered solutions (allegedly) but I just said screw it and reset it.
If anyone else has this issue you can google: text indicator issue imagio.
I still love the phone, but this slight glitch is kind of annoying.

Okay, so I'm not hard resetting it again. But I found the right file to download that fixed it, SWEET!!!!
