Sony Ericsson today announced it will launch the Xperia (SO-01B) with NTT DOCOMO in Japan in April 2010. The Xperia runs on 1GHz CPU, has a4" touch screen, a 8.1 megapixel camera and built-in WiFi and Bluetooth.
