Mobile and Smartphone Developer HeroCraft today announce that 'Majesty', licensed by Paradox Interactive, will be their first iPad game release running in the full iPad resolution. The popular PC strategy title will be available on Java, Android and BlackBerry handsets first and follow on Apple's new flagship product soon after. Here are a couple of screens:

Well what do you know?
I loved the first Majesty, one of my favorite PC games of all time, but if this one doesn't include RANDOM MAPS (like the original did) it is meaningless to me (Paradox Interactive are only the ones who made the sequel, Majesty 2, which did not include any sort of random map function). ;-P

Yeah, and let's hope we see more and more games run native resolution on the iPad.
