HTC and Telefonica are today announcing an exclusive partnership to sell the HTC Smart, an affordable and easy-to-use smartphone in Germany, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The HTC Smart is a Brew phone running on a 300 MHz CPU with a 2.8" QVGA touch screen, and has built-in Bluetooth, a 3 megapixel camera, microSD card slot and a 3.5mm stereo audio jack.
