Currently I'm looking at the Nokia N900 as a new phone but, I keep reading that possibly soon that a bunch of new phones are comming out and some are already out and I'm trying to debate if I should buy this phone or maybe wait for one of the newer ones and if so could you recommend one that I should look at?
The iPhone 3GS is also drawing my curiosity too but everyone has one..
The HTC HD2 is catching a eye Too
Im just looking for a phone thats in the N900, iPhone, Android OS type class..

Do you have a carrier preference? That makes a big difference if you want 3G.

Carrier Specific, Mostly AT&T, As Far As 3G Goes I Will Spend My Time Mostly On A WiFi Connection At Work.

It depends on whether you are a heavy user of mobile phone apps.
App choice of nokia (symbian OS) is very limited.
iOS and android have most apps in the world.
