There are database apps for Pocket PC (see our database review for starters) that allow you to use access data on the Pocket PC. However, I don't know of a way to convert a desktop Access app to Pocket PC. The Pocket PC database apps are great tools for developing Pocket PC database apps, and you may be able to use your desktop app as a starting point to create a Pocket PC version.
