T-mobile offers the AirCard 750 PC Card. The iPAQs, other than the 1910, can use this card with a PC card sleeve. It works for both voice and data.

Also, take a look at the T-mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition which is both a PDA and a Phone.

Be sure to check if the PCMCIA card has Pocket PC drivers. Other than some of the Sierra Wireless cards, you generally won't get Pocket PC drivers.
