I need to choose an android phone that I can pass along to my kids to use as a mini-tablet/MP3 player when my plan expires.

Which android phones will work with wifi and as an MP3 player without a sim card? Is there a list someplace?

I am considering the Samsung Infuse but I don't know if it will work without a sim card.

All Android phones will function without a SIM card and have WiFi. So your choices are wide open.
