ATT today announced the Samsung Rugby Smart, a rugged Android smartphone, will be available beginning Sunday, March 4. The Samsung Rugby Smart is dustproof, can be submerged in up to 1m of water for 30 minutes, and can withstand extreme temperatures. The phone runs on Android 2.3 with HSPA+, has a 3.7" Super AMOLED touchscreen, a 5 megapixel camera and a front facing camera.
