Here's the mad rush for US carriers to announce availability for the venerable Samsung Galaxy S III Android Samsung now that Samsung let the cat out of the bag last night that 5 major US carriers would offer the phone. Sprint says their version will be available on June 21 for the usual $199 for the 16 gig model and $249 for the 32 gig with contract. The 32 gig will be available exclusively through Sprint Web Sales. The phone will have LTE patiently waiting for a network, 3G and a 1.5GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 CPU.
Sprint's version looks just like the international version, and it will have all the same features like a sharp 8MP camera, a 4.8" Super AMOLED HD 720p display, Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich, NFC and Samsung's new S apps.
