Does anyone know where I can find a list of the ringtones that come pre loaded on a Nokia 920? Not the tones, just a written description. I'm thinking of buying one and am curious about the standard tones. Thanks.

No, I don't know where you might find a written description of each ringtone, and I guess descriptions could be somewhat subjective (I might call something an "annoying bird chirp" while someone else might call it a "soothing bird call". I do find the ringtones pleasant and what I'd call New Age soothing on my Lumia 920. You can of course add your own ringtones to the phone.
