Pocket PCs can connect to network shares, shared folders and etc. If you buy a Pocket PC 2002 PDA, then grab a copy of Resco File Explorer which allows you to map network drives and access files on those drives. The built-in file explorer in Pocket PC 2003 already has this feature built-in.
