HP hasn't provided those specs. However it's plenty fast enough for web browsing (if you're connecting to an access point or fast USB adapter) and even streaming multimedia content from your PC to the iPAQ for playback.

No, the iPAQ doesn't artifically limit Bluetooth transfer speeds. In general, PDAs like 128k bitrate best and even when playing locally that's the recommended encoding bitrate.
