iFrogz GoLite 2600 Battery Review
      #47143 - 10/13/14 06:26 PM

The iFrogz GoLite battery comes in two capacities, 2600mAh and 7800mAh. The iFrogz GoLite 2600 battery comes in a lipstick shaped stick in four colors. The battery is incredibly small. In fact it is the size of a stick of lipstick and it can fit anywhere in your bag or pocket. The compact battery can charge smartphones or tablets with its 1A output USB port and it also has a built-in flashlight.

Design

The iFrogz GoLite 2600 battery is designed to deceive. At a first glance, you think you're looking at a stick of lipstick with a diamond-shaped casing and a smooth surfaced cap. But on a close examination, the lipstick is only the disguise for a 2600mAh rechargeable Lithium Ion battery. The iFrogz GoLite 2600 measures 0.875 x 0.875 x 4.125 inches and weighs 3.49 ounces. The battery has a micro USB recharging port, a USB 5V/1A charging port and a slider that turns on and off charging and the flashlight. All ports and the slider control live on the smooth surfaced "cap", and a small LED light lives next to the micro USB port. The flashlight lives on the end of the lipstick-shaped battery.

The iFrogz GoLite 2600 comes in four solid colors including black, red, pink and blue. For those who are looking for mobile accessories to match or fit their bags or purses, the iFrogz GoLite offers a sense of fashion. The battery even has a charm holder for adding further personality and decoration.

Features

The iFrogz GoLite uses quality Samsung battery that has been through safety tests for heat, puncture, blunt force and drop damage. The battery has 2600mAh capacity and 9.62WH power. Both the micro USB input port and the USB output port have 5V 1A current. The battery comes with a USB cable for recharging the battery via a computer or AC, and it takes about 4 hours to recharge the battery. With a full charge, the iFrogz GoLite 2600 can juice up an iPhone 6 up to 80% in 2 hours or fill 20% of an iPad Air's battery in an hour and a half.

One nice thing about the iFrogz GoLite 2600 is that it offers a power on/off slider so that you don't waste any juice in standby, and it's convenient for turning on the bright flashlight. The battery can power the flashlight for 48 hours on a full charge. The LED light will turn off when your device is charged or the battery has run out juice. The light will turn on when the battery is recharging and turn off when the battery is fully charged.

Conclusion

The iFrogz GoLite 2600 battery is easy to use and it looks fashionable in your bag or purse. The battery can top up a large smartphone or a tablet and the flashlight comes in handy in the dark. We love all four colors in the selection and the small compact shape and lightweight. It's truly a great product for women that need portable power on the go.
