Proporta Ted Baker iPhone 6 Cover KRIS Review
      #47859 - 03/24/15 05:17 PM

The Ted Bake Spring and Summer 2015 Collection offers two distinctive styles, one designed for men and the other for women. We've looked at the Ted Baker iPhone 6 Case Alli for women, and now we look at the KRIS from the same collection but it's designed for men. The KRIS is a faux leather covered shell case that offers great protection to the back of the phone and a touch of gentlemen's wallet or cigar case style. The KRIS also comes with a card slot for ID or cash.

Design

The Ted Baker iPhone 6 Cover KRIS is a thin and light shell case. It has a classy look with tan faux leather exterior that's textured like real leather. A card pocket has half the height of the shell with even stitching. A small Ted Baker logo adorns the back near the bottom in gunmetal gray color. The interior of the case is lined with black soft coating that's kind to the iPhone 6's back. The KRIS is hard enough to protect the phone's back and sides from scratches, pokes from sharp objects in your bag and bumps by books or other gadgets. It's also flexibility enough for you to put the phone in and take it out effortlessly. The Ted Baker iPhone 6 Cover KRIS comes in only tan color.

Features

The Ted Baker iPhone 6 Cover KRIS works well like most slim cases. It has perfect cutouts for all ports and buttons. The bottom of the case only reaches back curve of the phone's body, and the audio jack and the Lightning port are exposed as well as the mic and speaker. You should have no trouble using any headphones or charging/syncing cables. The case does add a slight height for the Lightning port, so if you have speakers, alarm clocks, docking stations, etc. that have very tight Lighting docking port, the case might not work for you. But if your accessories have just a slight rise, they'll clear the thickness the case adds to the Lightning port's access.

Side cutouts give you easy access to the power button, volume buttons and the silence button. The rear cutout is also perfectly framed around the camera and flash cluster. In addition to the phone functions, the case offers an extra storage pocket on the back for credit cards and cash. The pocket has enough space for 5 or 6 business cards, one or two plastic cards, or a few folded bills. It's tight enough so that things won't fall out accidentally but the half height gives you an easy grip on the cards to pull them out quickly. The sides of the case also rise above the front glass ever so slightly, preventing the front glass touching a flat surface when you put the phone face down.

Conclusion

The Ted Baker iPhone 6 Cover KRIS by Proporta offers a unique look in a slim and light case. It's protective and easy to use. We like the elegant design and the case is well made. If you're looking for a classic looking case without adding too much bulk to your slim phone or being expensive, the Ted Baker iPhone 6 Cover KRIS is worth a look.
