The Tungsten C and Sony Clie NX models and Sony Clie NZ90 are your only options for WiFi on Palm OS right now. They aren't cheap, except the NX70V which is an excellent PDA with a built-in voice recorder and the ability to use Sony's optional WiFi card. It's discounted to $299 at Amazon right now, and I think the WiFi card is around $130. They're both reviewed on this site.
