If it's a valid unlock code, it should unlock the unit-- doesn't matter where you live.

There will be a worldwide unlocked version of the Treo 600 available for users outside the US I'm told. So folks using Orange and other carriers should be able to use that version once it's available outside the US. That's likely easier than buying a US model and trying to hack it with unlock codes.

Hi, I recently bought TREO 600 but it is locked on AT&T. I tried the code given on the post and it says the phone is unlocked. But when I inserted a new SIM card, it says the sim card is not allowed. Please help. Thanks. By the way my email is kimy926@yahoo.com. Thanks again!

I'm going to buy a treo 600 Phone. I'm from Germany and the Phone is locked by Orange Switzerland. My question: is it possible to unlock it, so i can use ist whit T-mobile?

Hi,
I have a PalmOne Treo 600, and I have tried the tigerdirect link that has been provided. I have tried the various codes that have been provided. Nothing is working. Please help! My phone was originally with AT&T. I now have T-Mobile. Someone else provided step by step instructions but I just didn't understand. Can someone provide instructions in simplistic terms. Which sim card should be in the Treo while using the code? Anything I need to before or after using the code? I tried the tigerdirect link after I typed in the IMEI code and pressed submit, it said "no database found." AT&T says they don't give out codes. T-Mobile says they don't have codes. PalmOne says you have to contact AT&T. Please help.
