Retractable USB sync and charge cables are getting more and more popular. Proporta offers these cables for a variety of PDA devices including Clies, Palm branded PDAs and iPAQs.

Is it available for the TungstenE also? Does it charge the batery and hotsync thru the same USB cable?

The Tungsten E doesn't have an universal connector like most other Tungstens. So you will have to get one that does support Tungsten E specifically. The USB sync cable does charge the PDA in addition to syncing.

I purchased the miniSync cable which claims to sync and charge. I tried it but the charging speed appears to be the same as the USB cable: - very, very slow. I still think the USB cable for sync and charge is OK if you are not in a hurry.
