You'd need a copy of the US/English ROM image and a way to flash it onto the NZ90 as far as I'm aware.

I don't know where you can get it. If anyone, Sony would do it, but I think they want you to buy the unit with the desired OS rather than converting.

You'd need an app on the desktop to flash the ROM, and I don't know where you'd get that.
