The Toshiba e330, nor any other Pocket PC I can recall, has a contrast control-- just brightness. The e330 like all pre-transflective displays, does look a bit washed out and pastel-like. That's why everyone's switched to transflective displays for most Palm OS and all Pocket PC PDAs.
