Yes you can. Do update to the latest version of ActiveSync from www.pocketpc.com .

Works like a charm for me (and my wife). Under XP that is.

Well, sometimes Active Sync fails to sync properly (does not react when I connect the PDA) but it usually helps using the "connect" command manually. Happens occationally so I haven't really thought why...
