Right now, none of the Palm OS Smartphones come with Bluetooth.
I used the Palm BT card with my Kyocera 7135, but keep in mind that the card's drivers don't support Hands Free and Headset profiles.

The Treo 600 runs Palm OS 5, and there are no OS 5 drivers for the Palm BT card, only OS 4.

It's available through Sprint PCS Business sales, and not the retail stores, so you'll have to call them up to order one and find out when it's available.
