where to find e750/e755 for $300 or less

where can i find a new e750/755 brand new for $300 or less..?
also, I found a 3 month old e755 used twice (in guaranteed perfect condition and all original things, no box)- w/8 months left on the warranty w/ a expansion pack, sync/charger, and some other things for $300.. should i take it or get a new one?
