Hi, I already had Palm Desktop software on my iMac G-5 (Panther OS), and my wife got a Zire 72. She tried to use the supplied disk to install her software, but the computer denied access. Will she be able to do this? How?
She synced using the already installed software and a different users name. Kinoma Player did not appear on the Zire 72. She is concerned that with the problems that I had figuring out Kinoma producer and player, I may have messed it up so that it is not downloading to her Zire 72. We are trying to learn as fast as we can -- at this point we are assuming that the Zire 72 uses Kinoma player for movies. Thanks so much, Mike
