Lotus Notes mail does not Sync to Treo

I am trying to get my Lotus notes email to sync to my Treo using EasySync. I had a previous version of the Treo and my email showed up fine. I now can not get my email to show up on my new Treo. I have mail checked to sync and everything else syncs over fine (i.e. address book, calendar, etc)
Any suggestions about what I could be doing wrong?
